Applications
Once you have agreed to undertake an appointed role you should complete the leader eligibility section of your application as soon as possible – within 14 days.Your appointment is not confirmed until your references have been approved and your safeguarding training has been completed.

- Create a My MCYC account
- Add your reference details
- You will be required to complete and/or submit evidence of your safeguarding training
Once approved you will be able to apply for camp:
- Log into your My MCYC account
- Click the apply for camp button
- Complete the online application
No leader will be allowed to attend MCYC in any capacity without completing the online application process, DBS check and safeguarding training.

Once your appointment is confirmed you will be granted access to the data for your week. This is found in your active account by clicking the appropriate link – this will only appear once you have been authorised.
HANDBOOKS
Once your appointment is confirmed you’ll be provided with further information and a handbook for your role. If you haven’t received your handbook please contact the director, admin helpdesk or the Chair of MCYC Council / Appointments Committee.
