Without our Site and Catering teams – MCYC just wouldn’t be possible. These roles are hugely important to the running of both weeks of camp and the Tyn-Y-Nant site.

Follow First
Follow First Leadership Academy is designed to provide leaders with training to prepare and equip them for a leadership role wherever they are. It’s a great opportunity to explore and discover leadership skills in a safe a nurturing enviroment.

All who attend our full training weekend are eligible for a £25 discount voucher if they are attending a week of MCYC as staff in any capacity.
Any who attend the first aid training are will eligible for a one-time only £20 discount voucher if they attend as staff and in a first aider capacity during the lifetime of their qualification will receive a one-time only £20 discount voucher. Please note first aider positions at each week are limited.
